“Stairway of Life”

Each stair represents how far away or how close you are to your destination.    Each stair also represents things in life that is learned or earned.  Before you start your climb make sure you have decided where you want that stairway to lead you.  As you go about each day you will not climb the same amount of stairs however that is all determined by your determination on that day; where you want to go or what you want to reach on that specific day.

Trust me, as you climb each stair you will have issues as nothing is a breeze in life so brace yourself that things are not going to be completely right each day.  Whatever setback or delays you may have or had think about it before you start that climb again the next day.  Don’t let setbacks or delays stop you from reaching the top.  There is a lot of work to put in to getting to the top, be ready get ready.

You may feel as though you can not get to the top, yes you can.  Speak a word over yourself each morning.  Encourage yourself to seek all that you have decided that you will reach on that specific day.  There may be days where you don’t want to climb a stair but push yourself to do so as it is easy to not do however, if you push yourself to climb daily you will reach that destination faster.

As you go about your journey and before you climb that first stair, get you an accountability partner.  Find someone that can help you become accountable for reaching what desired destination of life.  When you start climbing that stairway it will be as hard or easy as you make it.  Decree and declare that it will be easy because you will lean on GOD, you will pray your way through, meditate, and that you will get to that top stairway as that is where GOD wants you.

Remember, you have to crawl before you walk.  This is something that I heard older people saying as I was growing up and that is that in life you have to crawl before you walk sometimes you might have to crawl again but be mindful of what you are doing so you don’t have to keep crawling.  You don’t want to crawl up those stairs so make sure you have it planned out so you will walk up the stairway.

GOD Bless You on your journey on that STAIRWAY OF LIFE.  Much Love Clara Peters

Matthew 6:5-15

“And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen.

Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.  And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.

“This, then, is how you should pray: “‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us today our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.  And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.

For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.  But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

Luke 6:37
Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

Forgiveness is for you and not the other person. Don’t let anyone hold you in bondage, set yourself free. No you do not have to forget what happen however you must forgive. You can tell the other person you forgive them and GOD or you can just go to GOD and he will be more than happy to hear what you have to say and grant you your request. GOD will take care of you so release it to him. There are things that one has to ask for forgiveness on as well as we are not perfect. Our mind may think of things that are not of GOD, so therefore we have to ask for forgiveness. I say this again set yourself free and enjoy the joy you are to have according to our Father.

You can read in the New Testament on Jesus speaking on the importance of Christians forgiving and/or showing mercy towards others.  Read the Parable of the Prodigal Son which will give you an example of such teaching and practice of forgiveness.

However, here is just a few scriptures on forgiveness, search the bible for more as there are many.  Pray on the word, meditate on the word, and let GOD deliver you from that which is holding you in bondage.

Philippians 1:6
And I am certain that God, who began the good work within you, will continue his work until it is finally finished on the day when Christ Jesus returns

Colossians 3:13
Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you

Mark 11:25

And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.

Matthew 6:14-16
For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins

“Psalm 27”

The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.

Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.

One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in his temple.

For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the Lord.

Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice: have mercy also upon me, and answer me.

When thou saidst, Seek ye my face; my heart said unto thee, Thy face, Lord, will I seek.

Hide not thy face far from me; put not thy servant away in anger: thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation.

When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up.

Teach me thy way, O Lord, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies.

Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty.

I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.
